Keystone’s newest development, located on NC State’s award winning Centennial Campus, is the Center for Technology & Innovation (CTI). The CTI building will be a 104,988 square foot laboratory and office building located on the southwest corner of Main Campus Drive and Research Drive. The building will feature a dramatic three-story high bay, exclusive parking deck with covered bridge to the first floor lobby, first & second floor lobbies, and will be LEED Silver Certified.

Keystone broke ground on the project in November 2015 and is expected to complete the project in November 2016. The CTI building will be the future home of The Nonwovens Institute which will occupy the entire first floor. The second floor consisting of 26,481 RSF and third floor consisting of 28,503 RSF are available for lease.

Sykes Call Center

Fayetteville, North Carolina

49,560 square foot “Class A” Call Center

Keystone Corporation, in a joint venture with Fayetteville based C&S Commercial Properties, developed and constructed a new call center for Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated (NASDAQ: SYKE, ) in Fayetteville, NC. Based in Tampa, Florida, Sykes owns and operates more than 75 call centers globally. The call center serves as SYKES’ first customer ‘contact center’ in North Carolina.

This call center is the first occupant at Raeford Corporate Park, a 30 acre master-planned business community located along the northern portion of Raeford Road at Strickland Bridge Road in Fayetteville, NC. This 49,560 square foot “Class A” Call Center features administrative offices, work spaces, conference rooms, as well as parking spaces for 400 employees. Fayetteville based Construction Systems Inc. (CSI) served as the general contractor for the project. Consulting engineer was Bass, Nixon and Kennedy, Inc. of Raleigh and the site engineer is Larry King Associates out of Fayetteville. The architect for the project is HagerSmith Design, PA of Raleigh
